Hyperforms provides a default Thank You page which is shown once someone completes your forms. Depending on the plan, you can then enable URL Redirection to redirect the form submitted to your own Thank You page.

From viewing the settings for your selected form, you can click Submissions from the top right menu and see all your form submissions.
